The Brain Breath By The Insomnia Natural
STEP ONE: Find out which of your nostrils is the easier to breath through
STEP TWO: Block the nostril that is easy to breath through
STEP THREE: Once you have that go ahead and
breath in through the more blocked nostril doing a four count inhale
and a backward four count exhale out of that nostril.
Give it five minuets and observe the slight difference this has brought to you. Do this four times time and then wait for five minutes.

THEORY:
Why does this work you ask? Well, there are two
hemispheres in our brains left and right, women have amazing control of
both sides, that is why we can multi-task so well. In order for our
brains to function well the brain alternates sides approximately every
90 minutes, toward the end of the day after you have been using your
mind so well, the transition can get slower and slower causing the
brain to get stuck on either the right or the left side for too long.
Doing the exercise above allows you to help your brain balance its self along. When your brain gets stuck on one side or the other it will cause over thinking or over imagining to the extent of keeping you wide awake dueling out theories and scenario. This simple balancing technique easily corrects it and allows your mind to start going into the various stages of sleep. This eases your mind into sleep.
