So you are not the king of pop, but do you have insomnia also?
Michael Jackson was dying to pop a pill to get his insomnia gone. Even with all the money in the world, would that have been the solution that would have gotten him to sleep every night, or would it have simply lead him to take other medications once that one ran its course and his system became immune to it?
I wonder whatelse he tried to do to cure his insomnia. Did he try a natural approach to insomnia? According to the news he had a nutritionist. Did they tell him to try to have a piece of cheese 15 mins before bed? Did they informing him that his blood sugars needed to be stabilized during the night and that would help with staying asleep? I am sure that most did not sway him into the alternative medicine land, simply because that would have not made so many people rich off of him. They would not have been made rich simply because some of the solutions that are not popping pills actually work and have a great track record at keeping you sleeping naturally. So where does this put you in this world of pill popping? Yes you are propably not the king of pop, but you may be discovering that the pills that you have taken to get sleep has run its course and now you are looking for other solutions.

If a natural method is used before the insomnia becomes severe this certainly could help before it takes on a level of pill dependency and possible death. Although I do agree at the stage that MJ was at he had no hope, it was too late for him :(

While I always encourage the natural route to anything health related, I also believe that insomnia can be so severe that natural methods won't make any difference. In MJ's case, eating cheese before bed & meditating with breathing methods would not have made a difference.
